About the Living in Cycles Podcast…
The Living in Cycles Podcast is about stepping away from Linear Living and reconnecting with Cyclical Time. This podcast is open to everyone at any stage of their Cyclical Living journey, whether you’re already thinking in cycles or you’re just now questioning whether linear time is a lie (at worst) vs seeing linear time as a rigid construct that works for some people but leaves little room for others who cannot move through life in a straight, upward facing line (at best).
Releases monthly, next release: April 2022

Host, Sabrina B. (she/her), and guest, Stephanie McKenna (She/Her), discuss cycles as they relate to the seasons, energy, personal interests, social media, (anti-)capitalism, and the moon. Step away from this episode with additional cyclical perspective as well as practical advice on scheduling yourself outside of linear time.
Host, Sabrina B. (she/her), and guest, Kristin Mathis (she/hers), discuss cycles as they relate to trauma, building at-home cyclical practice, perceptions of time, capitalism, and ancient cultural contexts. This true variety show of an episode is a great starting point for both theory and practical perspectives on Cyclical Living.
